Who you’re booking with
These terms apply to bookings made directly on thecityofderry.com with Top Tier Invest Ltd, trading as The City of Derry Apartments, 11 Westland Street, Derry BT48 9EP. Top Tier Invest Ltd is registered in Northern Ireland (company number NI716026), with its registered office at 2 Marlborough Terrace, Derry BT48 9AT. If you book through Airbnb or Booking.com, that platform’s terms apply.
Your booking and payment
Your booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay, and you pay in full when you book. Card payments are handled securely by Stripe.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 3pm to 11pm. Please let us know your arrival time in advance. Check-out is by 11am. Late check-out until 12pm is available on request for £15. We’ll send your check-in details before you arrive.
Guests

Only the guests named in the booking may stay overnight. The person booking must be 18 or over and must stay at the apartment.
Children
Children of any age are welcome. Children aged 3 and over count as guests. A cot for children under 3 is free on request, subject to availability. There are no extra beds.
House rules
- No smoking or vaping indoors.
- No pets.
- No parties or events, and no hen, stag or similar groups. There are two other apartments in the building.
- Quiet hours are 11pm to 7am. Please respect the other guests and our neighbours.
- No commercial photography or filming.
- Please don’t leave cooking unattended, and don’t leave rubbish outside.
If these rules are seriously broken, we may ask you to leave, and no refund will be given.
Damage
Please tell us straight away about any damage, accidental or not. We don’t take a damage deposit, but we may charge the reasonable cost of repairing damage caused during your stay.
Cancellations
Our Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms.
If something goes wrong
Please tell us as soon as you can, while you’re here if possible, so we can put it right. Call or WhatsApp 07450 769 799. If we can’t provide your apartment, we’ll offer you another apartment if one is free, or refund what you’ve paid for the nights affected.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland.
