What we collect

  • Booking details: your name, email, phone number, address, stay dates and number of guests.
  • Payment details: card payments are handled by Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card number.
  • Messages: anything you send us through the website, by email, by phone or on social media.
  • Website data: cookies and analytics, including Google Analytics, only where you allow them in the cookie banner.
  • Marketing preferences: whether you’ve joined our guest list or opted out.

Why we use it

  • To take and manage your booking, and send you stay information such as check-in details. We need this to carry out our contract with you.
  • To keep tax and accounting records, as the law requires.
  • To send occasional emails about Derry to past guests and people who sign up. You can opt out when you book and in every email.
  • To understand how our website is used, where you’ve agreed to this.

Who we share it with

We only share what’s needed to run the business: Stripe (payments), Beds24 (our booking calendar), Unlimited Web Hosting (our website host), Titan (our email), Google (website security, and analytics if you agree) and GoHighLevel, our customer email system. If you book through Airbnb or Booking.com, their own privacy policies also apply. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for 6 years for tax purposes. We keep marketing details until you opt out.
