If you cancel
Up to 5 days before arrival: free cancellation and a full refund.
Less than 5 days before arrival, or if you don’t arrive: no refund. The full cost of the stay is charged.
For example, if you arrive on Tuesday 12 January, you can cancel free of charge until the end of Wednesday 6 January.
How to cancel
Email info@thecityofderry.com with your booking reference. We use the date your email reaches us. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
Changing your dates
If you need to move your stay, get in touch and we’ll do our best to help, subject to availability.
If we have to cancel
If we can’t provide your stay, we’ll refund everything you’ve paid.
Airbnb and Booking.com
If you booked through Airbnb or Booking.com, that platform’s cancellation terms apply. Please cancel through the platform you booked with.
